WNC HRA and Blue Ridge Community College have joined forces to offer a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) instructor-led preparation course. This 12-week, VIRTUAL instructor-led course combines expert instruction with premier tools to offer a comprehensive and effective way to prepare for success on your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exam.

In an effort to promote HR professional development, WNCHRA is providing a SHRM Certification Grant. Members will need to apply for the grant and if approved, WNCHRA will pay up to 50% of the cost for the preparation course. To be eligible for the grant you will need to be a current WNCHRA member (professional or student membership must be active when applying and throughout the year in which you receive the award), meet eligibility requirements for SHRM Certification, must test within 12 months after the award notification date and not be receiving any organizational support or reimbursement for SHRM certification exam and preparation fees.
